Shipping & Returns



All items listed on our website that are ordered before 1pm Mon – Friday will be a next day delivery to mainland UK.


All ordered that are placed on our website will be sent an email with a tracking number for your delivery. We use a number of logistic partners from DHL, DPD and Parcel Force to facilitate orders between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Please be sure to provide a valid contact number to your order as we aim to provide accurate delivery slot times to the hour. Larger trade orders are delivered by our own in-house logistics team and can be arranged Monday – Sunday 9am – 5pm.


If you have placed an order over the weekend, we will be as pragmatic as possible and endeavor to have our in-house delivery team arrange this, if the event you are too far from our Baldock or London locations, we will have our delivery partners delivery on Monday.


Fortunately we have a team of vans from our mother business Woodville Project that we can use throughout the year than means we can deliver very promptly to most parts of the UK as we try our utmost to keep our customers happy. In the unlikely event that your goods have not been delivered the next day, we do not guarantee next day delivery because there are delays that can be incurred outside of our control. If there is an order that is a matter of urgency, please contact us direct to liaise with our team and we can use our in-house logistics services to facilitate the best options for you.


With larger orders, mattresses or bulk purchases, these will need to be sent out via pallets and can take up to 7 working days from the purchase date to deliver. Normally in the past when we have had large orders, we have made them within 5 working days to mainland UK, however our warehouse is open Monday – Saturday 9am – 6pm, you are more than welcome to arrange your own large vehicle to collect if you need them as soon as possible.


Like with many courier services, you have a maximum of two attempted deliveries with a note provided if you are unavailable. If on the second attempt you are unavailable you will be charged for a re-delivery by the courier services, even if you have free delivery or a discounted delivery rate from Woodville Camping.

Shipping to mainland Europe can take up to 5 working days, please see our daily shipping rates by country zone.


Import Duty


Shipping outside of the UK may be subject to import fees and please be aware that Woodville Camping is not liable nor takes any responsibilities for any import duties. Unforeseen charges that may arise from customs are your responsibilities so please ensure you have the correct clearing procedures from your shipping company. No refunds will be given if an item is damaged or destroyed whilst being held by customers. Please check with your shipping company what you need to be aware of.


Returns Policy


You have 14 days to exchange or return any purchases you made with us.

Please email – with your order number and we can submit the relevant delivery details to you. Alternatively our team can be contacted on.


Returning items is a cost that is incurred by the buyer and not by Woodville Camping so please be aware of this.


When returning items, please ensure that the items are packaged the same way that they were sent to you, with the product packaged in a resaleable condition. Any products that have been assembled or have signs of wear will not fall into our refund and returns policy guideline, therefore will not be accepted. We provide a full quality control of our stock and Woodville Camping Ltd refuses the right to refund if an item is deemed not resalable. Products returned to us that may get lost in transit, we do not accept liability. On receiving the items in a unused condition, refunds are actioned can take up to 7 days from the confirmation email being sent to you, to you receiving money back into your account. Please note that refunds will be actioned to the same payment source that you paid with, we are unable to issue a refund to another person or card. If you no longer use that card and it is an inactive account, we will require a copy of termination letter issued by the bank merchant to issue a new payment source.


We do not accept returns from outside the UK unless the product is clearly damaged from a product defect. We require photo images of the product that can be sent to
